 HiTalks2024 | Hydraulic High Speed Switching Digital Valve R&D and Industrialization Seminar was held on March 9-10, 2024 in Guiyang. This scenic city is not only an important base for China's hydraulic industry, but also an ideal place for hydraulic technology research and exchange. This symposium brings together experts, scholars, engineers and enterprise representatives from all corners of the hydraulic field to discuss the R&D technology, application scenarios and industrialization path of hydraulic high-speed switching digital valves, aiming to promote the innovation and development of hydraulic technology.

 

 

In the industry salon gathering in Guiyang, our founder Yan Zhengtao, sales engineers Chen Bozhao and Hu Guirong shared research results and practical experience with their peers and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions.

Seminar Report - Frontier Interpretation

 

Hydraulic high-speed switching digital valve R & D and industrialization seminar is China's hydraulic industry for the first time in the digital hydraulic core components - high-speed switching valve R & D and industrialization for the purpose of the symposium, in order to promote on the basis of this technology, to promote the industrialization of digital hydraulic products and market applications. The theme of this seminar is: the application direction of digital valve technology and industrialization.

 

This seminar is one of the activity modes of the industry alliance docking group under the Hydraulic and Pneumatic "Digital Intelligence" Industry Forum, led by the high-speed switching digital valve R & D and production units and the digital hydraulic technology demand for enterprise docking, through the technical seminar, sorting out the development roadmap of digital hydraulics and the project demand, and cooperation with relevant universities and enterprises to form an industry-academia-research project promotion group. Digital hydraulics based on hydraulic high-speed switching valves is an important development direction of hydraulic technology and product digitization and intelligence. With the development of digital hydraulic technology, in addition to solenoid-driven high-speed switching valves, magnetostrictive material-driven and piezoelectric-driven various types of high-speed switching digital valves have also appeared one after another. The DDP digital hydraulic pump with a disruptive concept developed by utilizing high-speed switching valve technology has become a model for digital hydraulic products. Mr. Miao demonstrated the latest Mangavi high-speed switching valve innovations, which have formed a complete solution system from components to systems.

 

 

 

 

On the display wall, I noticed this set of photos. From the first Digital Intelligence Industry Forum to now, Mangavi's innovation path and the Digital Intelligence Industry Alliance are inextricably linked, promoting each other in constant interaction.
